Your enquires will be answered via email within 12 hours.

The Live Support is online but I can't start a chat.
When you see that the operator is available for chat but you have problem in communicating with us, then please check if:

Can I still get support if the Navicat Live Support is offline?
Please leave us a message when you see the "Leave a message" label in the Live Support operator window.
Click the 'Leave a message' label and enter your name, subject and your question. Your enquires will be answered via email once the operator is online.
Why I need to submit an email?
In case the live chat is disconnected suddenly, we would contact you via the email to continue the conversation. Also, we would contact you via this email when you leave an offline message to us. So, please submit a valid email to us.
